There is a constitutional right to the presumption of innocence, unless your name is Frank Connolly.
What heinous rot.
Michael McDowell always talks about crime as if it is someone else's responsibility.
Frank Connolly and the public inquiry centre got to close to the truth and had to be shut down.
McDowell was just Bertie's hatchet man.
In McDowell's world you can be found guilty without proof and your silence can be used to prove your guilt.
The man is a menace!
