Meet his majesty Allan V. Evans who may well be the legitimate heir to the Kingdom of Wales.
Seems legit and "political quote" looks forward to an ever closer relationship with Wales and with great anticipation to the state visit of King Allan I as soon as he gets this all sorted out.
But he's probably not as much fun as Prince Phillip.
